Privacy Policy

Last updated October 17, 2026

This explains what information is collected when you use this website, in plain terms. “We” means Sifted.

What this site collects

This is a simple website. It has no accounts and no ads. We use Google Analytics (through a Google tag) to see how the site is used, such as which pages are visited. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device and sends information such as your IP address and browser details to Google. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operations.

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them, and Google receives your IP address and standard browser details. Google's own privacy policy covers what it does with that.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you enter and use it to send you the newsletter. Each email will include a way to unsubscribe. We don't sell your email address.

Orders and payment

When you buy something, you check out on our store's checkout page, which collects what's needed to process your order, such as your name, shipping address, email and payment details. This website doesn't see or store your payment details. We use order information to fulfil your order and deal with any problem with it.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the site, take payment, ship orders or send email, and only so they can do that job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purposes above, including meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any email. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date above.
